Terms Of Service - Please Read these Terms carefully

We currently provide PHP/MySQL and CGI scripts on most Linux web servers and web hosting for a low one-time fee. Installation doesn't include any customization or modifications of the scripts.

It's up to you to make sure the server which you want the script installed on meets the minimum requirements of the script. Including Perl/PHP/ itself, any modules (mod_rewrite, CURL, etc) needed by the PHP or CGI, Sendmail, MySQL, server permission to create and write to files, etc. If you are unsure of this, contact us before to talk about the script you want to install and about the host you are using or plan to use for the script.

The install will only take care of the technical side and customize only what is needed to get the script working. Extra customizations such as layout and design (when applicable) are not done by the install. This usually require you to edit some templates (html and/or CSS code) and to upload some files maybe, which does not require knowledge of CGI/PHP installation.

When you require a script install you will need to send us the name of the script to be installed, your domain name, your account username/password and the directory or subdomain you would like us to install the script (such as: yourdomain.com/mydirectory/ or sub.domain.com). If you don't know exactly what to do and need help, feel free to contact us here, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. For commercial scripts, you must have a valid license. We will not install any nullified, hacked or cracked scripts.

Before providing us with sensitive information, such as passwords, you must agree to hold us harmless in case any of the information is compromised. You may wish to change passwords and other sensitive information after we no longer need it. It's good practice to do so, and we encourage it. We do everything humanly possible to ensure your privacy and security and we are very careful while working on your sites, but for your own protection and peace of mind, please back up your files before we start on an installation.

If you have any technical issues you may have (such as getting error messages), you can contact us and we will investigate. For other issue or questions (such as how to use the script) you should contact script's author.

Installations are complete when the is script up and running. Once the script is successfully installed, we offer NO guarantee regarding it's future performance. After installation is complete, we will not be responsible for any changes that you or someone else make which results in a non working script. We can however, reinstall it for you, at the cost of a new install.

We work 10 hours a day , 5 days a week. However Saturday and Sunday are not counted as work days. When days are mentioned it is in reference to a Monday through Friday work week. Of course, in the case of an emergency, if we can help you, we most certainly will, no matter what day or time it is if we possibly can.

While we work mostly on a first come, first serve basis, our priorities are:

(1) Installs that we started but have technical problems.
(2) New script installations
(3) Reinstalls/ Fixing something that you broke.

ScriptInstallService.com guarantees each installation. If we are not able to install it, we will refund all of your money.
